We hope that you will find this site helpful in learning more about our gentle chiropractic care as well as the ways that it can improve the quality of your life.

Car Accident

Being in a car accident is a very difficult situation on a number of levels. Your pain is sometimes secondary to the aftermath of having your car at the mechanic as well as the stress of dealing with your insurance and potentially missing work.

Personal Injury

Personal injury is related to bodily harm that comes from being involved in any type of accident or mishap. The difference between personal injury and workers comp is that personal injury takes place outside of work.

Sports Injury

Professional sports figures are consistently reaching new heights in their professional careers. With each passing year, new records are shattered and the human body is pushed to its limits. Everyday athletes follow suit…

“I was involved in a rear collision auto accident. I was taken to the emergency room via ambulance due to the severe pain I felt in my neck and headaches. X-rays were taken and I was prescribed medication. I was in bad shape, but all I could think of was the cost of treatment. The next day, a friend (a previous patient) referred me to Dr. Ofurum. To make a long story short, the other driver’s insurance company didn’t want to accept liability for the collision. Dr. Ofurum referred me to a great attorney. I didn’t have to worry about any bills and settled my mind on just getting better. I am very grateful for Dr. Ofurum’s knowledge about the legal aspects of auto accidents and I didn’t have a single bill to pay.”

“I’ve known Dr. Ofurum for several years, but never sort him out for chiropractic care. While working one day, I felt severe stiffness and pain in my lower back with accompanied numbness in my entire left leg. This made my work at Home Depot very difficult and I had to take off work often due to pain. Dr. Ofurum did an exam and took some x-rays. He further recommended an MRI. This revealed a herniated disc that was putting pressure on my sciatic nerve. I was fairly sore after the first 3 adjustments and therapy, but began to notice I was feeling better. The subsequent adjustments and therapy caused no discomfort at all. Even though I still have occasional numbness in my left leg, I felt great. Dr. Ofurum referred me to an orthopedic surgeon, whom advised me that my condition was not surgical and to continue with Dr. Ofurum’s treatment and recommendations. I would recommend chiropractic care to everyone.”

“I am very familiar with chiropractic. I have seen one since I was 15 years old. I work as a dental hygienist and find myself standing in awkward positions for extended periods of time. I always felt stiff and sore after a day’s work. One day, I had excruciating pain in my neck, that traveled under my left arm pit and numbness/tingling down my left arm, index and middle finger. My pain medication and muscle relaxers did not help and I knew they were bad for my overall health. After only a few visits to Dr. Ofurum, I noticed less pain in my neck, arm, and fingers. After 3 weeks, my numbness and tingling was almost completely gone and the pain was barely measureable. I continued treatment for about three months until I was coming once a month. I tell everyone about chiropractic, especially Dr. Ofurum.”
